The customer has the possibility to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt at his own expense. In case of expiration of this deadline, he loses all relevant rights.

In this case the customer bears the shipping costs.

Product returns, which are considered defective!

In case a product is found to be defective upon delivery to the customer, it must be returned to our company within (14) calendar days of delivery.

In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by our COMPANY, the item will be replaced with a similar item (status and characteristics, etc.)

Shipping costs are borne by our COMPANY!

Returns of products, which have been sent "WRONG" by OUR COMPANY!

In case a product is found to have been sent incorrectly, upon delivery to the customer, it must be returned to our company within (14) calendar days of delivery.

In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by our COMPANY, the item will be replaced with the correct item!

Shipping costs are borne by our COMPANY!
